Spyre Center Website Design

Working closely with Lauren Sanders of Floating Agency, Quercus was given the responsibility of creating a digital-first customer experience for Spyre Center. Our goal was to fully engage potential customers in Spyre's extensive range of services, all while encouraging online bookings before their first in-person visit. To achieve this, we developed a versatile web and mobile design system that seamlessly incorporates emotive messaging, captivating photography, well-structured pricing tiers, an integrated booking system, and customizable CMS-enabled templates.

HOW we SOLVED THE CHALLENGE CONCEPTUALly

Our goal in designing the website was to convey the story of Spyre as a resourceful destination, primarily through a menu-centric approach. We achieved this by meticulously organizing all content into segmented sections and framing the call-to-actions to mirror a front desk concierge service, staying true to our brand voice. The main objective was to streamline the booking reservation process.

To tackle complex sitemap issues, we categorized customers' primary health needs, enabling them to explore additional in-store services. This approach not only facilitated the construction of a well-organized navigation system but also led to the creation of informative landing pages and an up-to-date calendar of classes.

Recognizing the significance of a responsive design, we ensured that the website would function flawlessly on all screen sizes. By centralizing all content within a mobile-friendly breakpoint, we made it convenient for prospective customers to book a class, sign up for a membership, or contact a practitioner while on the go. Furthermore, the inclusion of a one-click checkout to the MindBody App simplified the booking process for all users.

How we solved the challenge visually

Lauren Sanders of The Floating Agency crafted a detailed brand vision, encompassing careful selection of serif and sans-serif typefaces, a harmonious color palette, meticulous photography art direction, and thoughtful wireframes, providing a comprehensive set of assets for the website design phase.

Victoria Veilleux played a pivotal role by contributing her expertise in strategy and creative copywriting, adeptly describing Spyre's innovative services and world-renowned specializations to ensure consistent alignment with Spyre's brand objectives and revenue-generating goals.

With the brand vision in place, Quercus was ready to bring Sprye Center's digital hub to life as the first and major online tool customers would navigate before visiting the facility. Our foremost priority was to develop a web architecture solution encompassing intuitive primary and secondary navigation, a clear typographic hierarchy for templated layouts, and legible tables and buttons. We aimed to enhance the user booking experience by quickly redirecting customers to in-app functions once they chose to book.

To keep Spyre customers updated on classes, services, and events, we incorporated essential features such as search capabilities, contact options, calendar and seamless social media integration. This holistic approach ensured that our website not only reflected our brand vision but also allowed potential clients to gather mind and body appointments on their own.
